The Civic Box Office is open 90 minutes prior to show start times. Outside of show times the Box Office at the nearby Aotea Centre is open Monday to Friday 10:00am – 4:00pm and Saturday & Sunday Closed.

Audio Described Performance
Wednesday 5 March 2025, 7.30pm
This performance of SIX the Musical is Audio Described. Blind or low vision patrons can listen to trained audio describers broadcasting live commentary during the performance, which they will hear through a supplied earpiece. There are specific seats reserved for patrons and their companions. Tickets for these seats are $70.00 each (plus service fees), and a companion ticket is available at the same price if required. Guide dogs are welcomed, but please notify staff upon booking your ticket.
There will be a touch tour commencing at 6:15pm, which gives patrons an opportunity to become familiarised with some of the costumes and props used in the show. If you wish to attend the touch tour, please arrive in The Civic foyer at 6:00pm. Venue staff will be present to escort you to the touch tour location.

NZSLI Performance
Thursday 20 March, 7.30pm
This performance of SIX the Musical is NZSL interpreted. During this performance, trained interpreters will be positioned on the stage, and specific seats are reserved for deaf patrons, with a clear view of the stage and interpreters. Tickets for these seats are $70.00 each (plus service fees), and a companion ticket is available at the same price if required.
There will be introductory notes in NZSL for attendees at 6:30pm. Upon arrival, please follow the signage in the foyer to the function room where this will take place. Venue staff will be present to assist with navigation.

Can I exchange my tickets for another date?
We understand circumstances change and your chosen performance date or time may no longer suit. Tickets may be exchanged for different performances of the originally purchased production.
Exchanges must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the originally ticketed performance and may not be made for the same performance. Exchanges cannot result in fewer tickets or seats in a lesser price category than originally purchased. All exchanges are subject to availability.
