Who are the authorised ticket sellers?
Theatre Royal Sydney is the principal authorised ticket seller and tickets are also available via TodayTix.
Please be aware that Theatre Royal Sydney has no obligation to honour tickets purchased via unauthorised re-sellers, as they may be invalid tickets. If you attend with a ticket purchased via an unauthorised re-seller such as Viagogo, eBay, Gumtree or otherwise, you may be refused entry.
It is an offence in NSW to re-sell a ticket for more than 110% of its face value.

There is a transaction limit of 9 tickets per customer for individual tickets.

Can I exchange my tickets for another date?
We understand circumstances change and your chosen performance date or time may no longer suit. Tickets may be exchanged for different performances of the originally purchased production.
Exchanges must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the originally ticketed performance and may not be made for the same performance. Exchanges cannot result in fewer tickets or seats in a lesser price category than originally purchased. A $10 per ticket fee applies up to a maximum of $30 per exchange transaction. All exchanges are subject to availability.
