This ‘Find the Crowns’ (Promotion) is conducted by SIX AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (ACN 635 009 504) of Suite 15, Level 5, 35 Buckingham St, Surry Hills 2010 (email: [email protected]) (Promoter).
Instructions, prizes and information on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry. By entering into or participating in the Promotion, entrants accept these conditions of entry.
Entries open 9am (AEDT) on Saturday 3 October 2026 and close 5pm (AEDT) Saturday 3 October 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of NSW, Australia for a Sydney performance of SIX the Musical, date of the promoters choosing. Entrants who are not NSW residents are not eligible to win, even if their entry is accepted by the entry mechanism.
Prize details
This is a game of chance. Six winners will be selected by random draw from all Eligible Entries on Monday 5 October 2026 at 1PM (AEDT). Each winner will receive a Prize of two tickets to see a performance of SIX the Musical at the Theatre Royal Sydney (108 King Street, Sydney NSW 2000) at the following performance:
14 October 2026 at 7:30pm (AEDT). The performance date per prize winner will be selected by random draw. Each winner will receive a prize valued at $300 AUD. Total prize pool: $1,800 AUD.
The Promoter reserves the right to change the Prize to one of equal or greater value at any time if the Prize becomes unavailable.
How to enter
To enter, entrants must scan the QR code from the poster/posters found during the Promotion Period and submit full name and email address. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Each Eligible entrant can only enter the Promotion once per QR code, with a total of 6 entries maximum.
Determining the Winner
The Winners will be the first eligible entries drawn at random from all valid Promotion entries received (Winner).
The random draw will take place on Monday 5 October 2026 at 1pm (AEDT).
Notifying the Winner
The Winner will be notified by email no later than 5pm (AEDT) Monday 5 October 2026. If the Winner cannot take the Prize as stipulated or does not claim the Prize within 48 hours of email notification then the Winner will be taken to have forfeited the Prize and the Promoter will award the Prize instead to the next Eligible Entrant to be drawn.
Subject to applicable law, the Promoter may conduct such further draw as necessary in order to distribute any unclaimed Prize. If applicable, the further draw will be conducted on Thursday 8 October 2026 at 1pm (AEDT) and the Winner will be notified by email no later than 5pm (AEDT) Thursday 8 October 2026.
Distributing the Prize
Upon notification to the Winner and confirmation of acceptance of the Prize following receiving the email notification described in clause 9 above, the Winner will be contacted by the Promoter to make arrangements regarding the taking of the Prize and organising the next steps.
Resolving disputes
Complaints, opt out requests or queries regarding the Promotion may be submitted by emailing [email protected]
If there is a dispute concerning the complaint, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
General
The Promoter takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact a Winner or the Winner has not provided correct or complete contact details. If an entrant’s contact details change, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to modify any entry information should be directed to the Promoter.
If, for any reason whatsoever (including but not limited to the interruption, cancellation or postponement of an event or a change in the personal circumstances of the Winner), the Winner is not able to use the Prize, the Winner will not be entitled to any cash or alternative prizes in lieu of the Prize.
All determinations of the Promoter in connection with the Promotion are made at its absolute discretion and are final. The Promoter will not enter into correspondence or discussions with any entrant regarding the result of the Promotion or any other decision of the Promoter in connection with the Promotion.
The Prize is issued subject to any terms and conditions applicable to that Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, any Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the Promoter, the ticketing agent, and the venue at which the relevant event is held.
The Promoter reserves the right to request that a Winner provides proof of identity and proof of age. The type of proof that is acceptable is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. If the Winner doesn’t or can’t provide appropriate proof, the Winner will forfeit the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
All costs and expenses not specifically mentioned as being included in the Prize are solely the Winner’s responsibility.
The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in, or downloading of any materials in connection with, the Promotion.
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion (subject to applicable laws).
Entrants’ personal information will be handled by the Promoter in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at https://sixthemusical.com.au/privacy/, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles. Any personal information collected will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the Promotion (including, without limitation, for the purpose of issuing the Prize to the Winner). Personal information may be disclosed to organisations, contractors and agents associated with the Promotion (including but not limited to the person or organisation providing the Prize). If an entrant does not provide the personal information requested, the entrant will not be able to enter into, or participate in, the Promotion or receive the Prize if that entrant is the Winner.
The Promotion and these conditions of entry will be governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia. Entrants accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts and tribunals of New South Wales, Australia in connection with any disputes concerning the Promotion.
